
Warranty:
Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd warrants the user software, firmware and electronic parts against defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days. There is no service or maintenance in connection with any Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd product. We will replace any defective unit returned in its complete and original condition and may repair or replace failed units and will pay all costs associated with such repair and replacement. Proof of purchase must be provided before returning goods for warranty. $35.00 per item will be charged for NO FAULT FOUND on warranty goods.
Returns:
With Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd prior approval, faulty units may be returned for internal testing and trouble shooting of manufacturing defects. Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd will only accept returns from customers who:
- obtain a Returned Materials Authorisation (“RMA”) number from us by email. All warranty claims must accompany an RMA form.
- adequately package the product(s) for safe shipping
- ship the product to the address provided by Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd; and
- mark the RMA number prominently on the outside of the shipping carton
Products received without an RMA number will be returned freight collect. Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd will return any repaired merchandise prepaid. We do not issue refunds.
